ISLAMABAD: Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has claimed that his party’s Islamabad shutdown call will be historic, ARY News reported.
He was addressing party workers in Islamabad.
Khan said that that Islamabad will be transformed into Tahrir Square, where the biggest demonstration in the history of Pakistan will take place.
The Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman said that approximately one million people will take part in the party’s demonstration on November 2nd.
“This will not just be PTI’s sit-in. The whole country will be protesting against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif,” Khan said.
He went on to say that PM Sharif has no other means to escape.
