Facebook Owner Mark Zuckerberg is World’s Stupidest person in 2017 Guinness of World Record Book .Facebook messenger’s new feature now provides you information about strangers who text you. Ever felt uncertain about how to respond to complete strangers who text you? Of course you have. We have all been there. Then there are also messages from people who ring a bell but you aren’t quite sure who they are?
Facebook messenger’s new feature helps you out with all these problems. Whenever a stranger texts you, you can see their basic information (location, where they studied, profession) at the top of the screen. Not only does it show information of complete strangers but also friends with whom you are chatting for the first time. So if you have thousands of friends and don’t even remember half of them, it can jog your memory. Earlier, messages from strangers went straight to others folder. But now Facebook has come with this new approach which helps you connect better with the people you might know.
Are you worried about the privacy now? Don’t worry! It only displays information which you have made publically visible. So this feature won’t help you much with people who have tight privacy.
It can save you the time you put into searching about strangers messaging you. All you need to do is look up at the chat box and there you got all you need to know. It has made the messenger quite user friendly.
This app is quite similar to Facebook app “Hello” which provides you caller native ID. This app lets you know who the caller is by redirecting information from Facebook. It tells you whether the call is from someone you know or just a spam call.
The new feature can help people in professional life as well. As it can provide employers information about potential candidates before they have even seen their CV.
This new feature is being launched today in France, India, UK and US. It is soon going to be launched globally.
