ISLAMABAD: Pakistan lashed out at India over the treatment of under-detention Hurriyat leaders, ARY News reported.
Pakistan’s Foreign Office spokesman Nafees Zakaria has said that Hurriyat leader Yasin Malik is not being given proper medial condition.
The foreign office spokesman went on to say that that Malik has been shifted to Intensive Care Unit as his medical condition is deteriorating.
He went on to say that Hurriyat leaders Ali Gillani, Mir Waiz and Asiya Andrabi are also under detention of the Indian mility.
“We said that the arrest of Hurriyat leaders is condemnable,” he said.
Zakaria also condemned the killing of 22-year old student Javed Mir at hands of the Indian forces.
The FO spokesman went on to say that Mir was a college student and was not involved in any political activities.
